In an effort to get things cooking (literally) at Chateau L and to stop eating out so much, I came up with 60 days of dinners.  Sides are repeated, but the main dishes are not.  We pick which we want for the week and create the shopping list that way.  We eat a lot of salad, especially during the summer, and will often have it with just about every dinner, even though you don’t see it listed.  Also, we may change up the meat in the recipe (chicken for pork) or throw in another veggie, but these are the basics.
